The Photovoltaic in Moroccan Buildings: Energy, Environmental, Economic and Job Creation Forecast Analyses
摘要
This article proposes forecasting PV panel installations and their energy, environmental, economic, and social impacts using ARIMA and Holt-Winters models using Moroccan data from 2000 to 2018. Predictions for 2040 show installed areas of 182,962 m2 (ARIMA) to 346,672 m2 (HW), generating 41 MW to 77 MW, and reducing CO2 emissions by 54,388 to 103,048 tonnes, respectively. Job creation is estimated between 755 and 1432. The research highlights the importance of energy policies in reducing CO2 emissions and boosting employment while promoting sustainable regional development.
