With the development of AI technology, the application of Generative AI in medical companionship services provides new solutions for special groups. This study aims to explore the potential of Generative AI in medical companionship service for special groups and its impact on improving the quality of healthcare services. By constructing a Generative AI medical companionship services model and conducting an empirical study among special groups such as the elderly, people with disabilities, children, and people with mental illnesses, this chapter evaluates the applicability and user satisfaction of the model. The results show that Generative AI accompanying service can effectively enhance the healthcare service experience of special groups, but there are still some limitations and room for improvement.
