Good Governance for Civil Society Organizations and the Impact of Artificial Intelligence Tools on Green Supply Chains “A Survey Study of the Views of a Sample of Leaders from the Iraqi Red Crescent Society”
摘要
Institutions recognize the importance of implementing a green supply chain, which requires the participation of all partner institutions in the chain. However, encouraging institutions, especially small and medium-sized ones, to comply with green initiatives is a significant challenge due to the substantial investment these initiatives demand. This study aims to explore the relationship between corporate governance, particularly the structure of the board of directors and the ownership concentration structure, and the performance of the green supply chain (green logistics performance). Additionally, the study examines how AI tools can enhance this relationship by improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing transparency. AI technologies enhance green governance practices and contribute to achieving sustainability goals. This study represents a significant contribution to understanding how AI can be integrated into institutional design to achieve long-term sustainability.
