Deepfakes have become an increasingly common phrase among judicial and IT Professionals. Deepfake and its evolution, ethical dilemmas, regulatory frameworks, and challenges are clarified in this book chapter. This study contributor investigates the deepfake advancement of one specific real-world case study on the corporate sector. The authors reveal that individuals and celebrities are frightened because of the harmful sides of deepfakes. The study uncovers community mindset within deepfakes, highlighting concerns regarding misuse and the urgent requirement for regulations. It accomplishes this through assessing major incidents, a real-world case study, and employing sentiment analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP) tactics like VADER. The findings suggest that while deepfake can innovate, there are major moral issues connected with the advancement, needing a cautious approach to development and governance. This chapter recommends for preventive measures to mitigate the adverse effect of deepfake advancement on humanity and business, including stakeholder cooperation and public education.
