In response to the key technical issues of urban road and bridge safety protection, the definition and scope of urban road and bridge safety protection zones, safety protection parameters, and safety protection indicators were studied, and the urban road and bridge safety protection technology system was improved. Through the engineering practice of a large bridge protection in Shanghai, the application and effectiveness of urban road and bridge safety protection technology were analyzed, and the safety applicability and effectiveness of the technology system were verified. The relevant conclusions can provide technical reference and inspiration for similar projects.
