It is promising for smart mobility systems to serve our daily life, for example, electric vehicles, autonomous driving robots, or real-time infrastructure. To ensure reliable and rapid communication in the automated mobility system, a novel concept to integrate EtherCAT protocol in the wireless network is proposed in this paper. The framework of this system includes one master station, which is located in the central map, and multi-slaves that support an unlimited number of nodes. Inspired by the improved Ethernet frame, data exchange in this network is stable, high speed and flexible. From our design, the proposed framework can be implemented in many applications of e-mobility, autonomous systems, distributed networks, or multi-vehicle management.
