Focusing on Indigenous youth, this chapter outlines the impacts of climate change on children’s health and their fundamental human rights. This chapter further examines the roles and duties of legal and health professionals in the face of the climate crisis and the critical importance of generating and utilizing scientific evidence to protect children’s rights. This chapter concludes with an exploration of the potential remedies available to protect children’s health through the implementation of fundamental human rights and avenues to integrate law and medicine to remedy human rights violations.
