Novel of Frequency Stabilizing Strategy for Delayed Smart Grids Incorporated Wind Turbines via Memorable Estimator
摘要
This paper concerns a frequency stabilizing strategy to reinstate the stability of delayed smart grids incorporated wind turbines fluctuated due to unexpected change in load demand. Because of the use of networked communication, time delays happen in the control-loop of both thermal and renewable generating units. We first consider a new mathematical representation of a smart grid comprising time delays related to thermal power plan and wind turbine. We derive new stabilizable conditions for synthesizing frequency controller to guarantee performance of the grid. The validation of the proposed scheme is carried out with a grid incorporating wind turbine.
