Despite Grafana’s growing popularity in telecommunications, organizations face several challenges during implementation. These include ensuring compatibility with existing tools, managing implementation costs, and recruiting specialized talent. Nonetheless, the potential advantages of real-time monitoring in telecommunications remain compelling. This chapter explores the theoretical foundations of information technology service management (ITSM) through the lens of both the information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) and the technology acceptance model (TAM). It examines how Grafana integrates with ITSM practices and presents real-world telecommunications case studies that demonstrate improvements in service availability and issue resolution times. The discussion includes an analysis of the advantages and challenges of real-time monitoring systems in the telecommunications industry and concludes with recommendations for implementing best practices and areas for future research.

摘要
