This research aims to implement Business Intelligence (BI) as a solution to the challenges faced by this cardboard box packaging manufacturing company in increasing operational efficiency and supporting data-based decision-making. Key problems include inaccuracies in sales forecasts, leading to an imbalance between demand and stock; inefficiencies in inventory management, resulting in overstocks and stockouts; and a reactive maintenance approach, which resulted in significant machine downtime. Overcoming the problem, this research uses various methods such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Linear Regression, and Multiplicative Decomposition to increase the accuracy of sales predictions.
