This chapter explores the application of a comprehensive feedback and treatment navigation system [the Trier Treatment Navigator (TTN)] in clinical practice, training, and supervision through the case study of Ms. Miller, a 32-year-old patient diagnosed with recurrent depressive disorder and suspected post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The TTN provides personalized treatment recommendations, tracks patient progress using dynamic feedback, and activates clinical support tools for high-risk cases, enabling data-informed decision-making in therapy. The case study highlights the utility of the TTN in identifying key risk factors, such as suicidality and treatment dropout, and recommending motivation-oriented strategies for early sessions. Through psychometric assessments and continuous monitoring, the TTN facilitated a nuanced case conceptualization and adaptive treatment planning. Critical moments in therapy, such as increased suicidality or stagnation in progress, were effectively addressed using TTN-generated feedback and tools, ensuring timely interventions and shared decision-making. The chapter also reflects on the therapist’s and supervisor’s experiences with the TTN, emphasizing its role in enhancing clinical training and supervision. By offering real-time insights and fostering a reflective therapeutic process, the TTN bridges the gap between research and practice, supporting personalized and effective therapy. The case concludes with significant symptom improvement and remission, demonstrating the TTN’s value in improving outcomes for complex cases while advancing evidence-based psychotherapy practices.

摘要
