Introduction: Practice—Theory—Practice: Learning from the Experience of Medical Education

This book collects accounts of the experiences of 35 people working in medical education from around the world. Those authors wrote for themselves, about issues that they chose. We simply asked them to reflect on something that concerned them about medical education where they are. We read each account and then wrote a political analysis of the issues. This was given to the authors for their comment and approval: no-one demurred.
