This review synthesizes existing literature on using big data analytics in water resource management, specifically focusing on its applications and potential within the Moroccan context. By examining various studies and projects, this paper explores the benefits, challenges, and opportunities associated with integrating big data analytics into water management practices in Morocco. Through a comprehensive analysis, we identify key insights and gaps in current research, providing valuable recommendations for policymakers and researchers aiming to leverage big data analytics for sustainable water resource management in the country.
