The integration of Business Intelligence (BI) into the fintech sector has markedly transformed how financial services operate, offering unprecedented improvements in operational efficiency, customer service, and strategic decision-making. This study utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to quantitatively assess the impact of BI on fintech performance. Our findings indicate that AI-driven decision-making, AI-enabled customer service, and AI integration in operational processes significantly enhance the performance metrics of fintech firms. Despite these positive outcomes, the study also highlights substantial challenges, particularly in data security and organizational adaptation to technology-driven workflows. The results underscore the necessity for a strategic approach to BI integration that not only maximizes efficiency and customer satisfaction but also addresses the ethical and security concerns inherent in AI and data-centric models. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of BI’s capabilities within fintech, contributing to a better understanding of its transformative potential and the complexities it introduces.

摘要
