Artificial intelligence (AI) technology represents a highly significant technological revolution with profound effects on many aspects of human life, both positively and potentially negatively. That could radically transform life for the better or worse. The lack of clarity regarding the boundaries of this technology raises many questions about the necessity of establishing a legal framework to regulate this field. AI could exceed these restrictions and may not conform to a specific, relatively stable form of control. Instead, it might require its legal framework, considering the unique characteristics of this technology and the purposes it can serve. The key question here is whether human intelligence can effectively respond to a technology that can be used for multiple purposes. Can the law and its creators effectively deal with the instability of concepts, content, form, purpose, the scope to which technology can evolve, and finally, the consequences of its use? This research discusses the necessity of establishing laws that regulate the use of artificial intelligence applications, establishing the legal limits of what is permissible and what is prohibited, and determining who will be questioned in the event of a violation to protect the interests of society and individuals.

摘要
