The crises that the world has experienced over the last two decades have been reflected in all areas of human activity. Undoubtedly, the most important capital in business is people. This study seeks to address the question of whether there is a talent deficit in Europe and globally. The report defines the term “talent management” after reviewing various sources of literature, examines different models of talent management, explores new ways of overcoming the global talent shortage and proposes a new model of talent management.
