Transmission network is undeniable and impartible section of a power network. In this chapter, a different perspective on power transmission networks is presented, and the potential of state-of-the-art DT technology and its applications for transmission systems in SGs are explored. Specific DT that is designed for transmission networks offers new opportunities and improvements by providing enhanced flexibility, resiliency, efficiency, and integration capabilities.

Transmission network is undeniable and impartible section of a power network.
