This study investigates the impact of hybrid working arrangements, organizational position, work stress, and workloads on employee well-being in the post-pandemic era. The findings reveal that hybrid working conditions and an employee's role within the organization significantly affect their well-being, while stress and workload do not have a statistically significant impact. These findings provide organizations with important information for developing strategies and initiatives to enhance employee well-being and create a more supportive and healthy workplace in the finance industry.
