Important Performance Matrix Analysis of Customer Perception Towards Online Food Delivery Services
摘要
Purpose: The central focus of the study is to identify the moderate affecting factors which can be focussed for further improvements by online food aggregators for achieving success in the long run. Design: Primary data was collected with 386 respondents from Palghar district, Maharashtra State. The data was run through SMARTPLS 3.0. IPMA was analyzed for the data. Findings: The results suggest that discount feature and quality of system for online transactions need further improvement. Originality: The paper highlights the key issues the online food delivery aggregators need to focus to gain a favourable attitude and perception of customers. Paper type: Empirical Analysis
