The main aim of this study is to understand the basic conditions for the use of mobile learning technologies by social studies teachers in Jordan, taking into account overall quality standards. The sample consists of 114 teachers. To achieve the aim of the study, a survey questionnaire consisting of 17 items was necessary, which was subject to normative assessment and assessment of research reliability. The results survey shows that the level of student acceptance of mobile learning is moderate. In addition, significant differences were found between students’ perceptions of engagement in mobile learning based on gender, with students’ better self-awareness among female students.
