The focus of this study is to examine the impact of visionary leadership on strategic project management within a metal establishments. Visionary leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing the sustainability and long-term survival of organizations. To measure and evaluate visionary leadership, this paper will utilize a descriptive-analytical approach, focusing on four key dimensions: vision, values, inspiration, and empowerment. The findings of this study demonstrate a significant relationship between these dimensions of visionary leadership and strategic project management. Strategic project management is shown to be closely associated with visionary leadership, as it provides direction, fosters organizational culture, and facilitates proactive problem-solving. The objectives of this paper are to define the concept of visionary leadership, highlight its importance and characteristics, and provide a practical illustration within the context of metal industry. Furthermore, this paper aims to delve into the theory of visionary leadership to enhance its practical application in the metal industry. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes the significance of measuring and improving the practice of visionary leadership in the metal industry. This can be achieved through clearly communicating the vision to employees, continuously enhancing visionary leadership practices, and guiding employee behavior based on the vision and values.
