The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of leadership styles on the performance of the Greater Amman Municipality. To achieve this, a descriptive-analytical quantitative approach was employed. The study population consisted of all employees of the municipality, totaling approximately 9000 individuals. The sample size was determined using a formula that takes into account the population size, resulting in a representative sample of 385 employees. The findings of the study indicate that the levels of leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and democratic leadership, were found to be moderate. Similarly, the organizational performance was also assessed to be at a moderate level.
