Technological Innovations in Educational Methods: An Anthropological Exploration of Historical Continuity and Change
摘要
The current interest in educational methods after World War II and the increased scientific research on their historical antecedents also emerged through the prism of contemporary perspectives. In this study, I will adopt a qualitative anthropological approach to focus on Lesu educational practices and how technological innovations have shaped them. I will adopt and apply historical ethnographic techniques that span the pre-colonial, early colonial, and contemporary periods to illuminate how educational methods have operated in the past, what patterns, themes, and changes have occurred. The technological perspective will be an additional point of view in understanding the educational methods of the Forest, but above all, a comparative perspective with other societies will also be helpful in this regard.
