The study examined the role of technology in identifying people involved in the enforcement process and whether people with limited legal capacity can apply for and be subject to enforcement. The study also examined whether there is a need for technological tools to facilitate the appointment of legal representatives in enforcement matters. The study shows that technology can help simplify these procedures and make documents produced in legal processes more transparent.
