Technological Implications of Submitting an Execution Request
摘要
After completing several procedural steps, such as the contractor filing a foreclosure application, obtaining approval from the appropriate authority, paying foreclosure fees, and creating and registering foreclosure files, various legal consequences may arise. The article discusses the legal and financial consequences of filing an enforcement application compared to filing a civil lawsuit. It also examines whether the effects of an enforcement application and a civil action may differ and whether an enforcement application can result in similar rights compared to a civil action. The article concludes by presenting findings and recommendations regarding the legal and financial implications of a foreclosure request and the likelihood of combining technological solutions to facilitate and speed up these procedures.
