Impersonation and Disclosure of Company Secrets: Traditional and Technological Perspectives

This research explores instances of employee impersonation and the revelation of corporate secrets, examining both traditional and technological aspects within some legal frameworks. The importance of this study is highlighted by its analysis of the conditions that allow an employer to dismiss an employee without prior notice, as these scenarios result in the end of the employment contract and the severance of the employment relationship. It is essential for legal systems to be equipped with strong and varied protections to avert possible exploitation by employers.
