This research examines the facilitation of litigation processes concerning labor disputes as outlined in Jordanian legislation. The theoretical importance of this study is rooted in its emphasis on the judicial protections afforded to workers for the safeguarding of their wages. A more profound comprehension of these protections enables a more accurate assessment of their efficacy in ensuring the security of workers’ earnings. Practically speaking, the establishment of comprehensive legal safeguards for workers’ wages plays a crucial role in mitigating class disparities and narrowing social and economic divides within society. The investigation considers whether these judicial protections are adequate to deliver the necessary safeguards for workers’ wages and evaluates the effectiveness of the judicial system in enforcing these protections. It particularly emphasizes adherence to the legal timeframes that govern labor dispute proceedings and their influence on workers’ capacity to claim their wages. This analysis was conducted using descriptive and comparative methodologies. The analytical aspect, which forms part of the descriptive approach, involved an examination of pertinent legal texts, judicial verdicts, and academic perspectives. The comparative method was utilized to draw parallels between the systems of the countries under review. Consequently, the study is structured into two sections. The initial section examines the entitlement of workers to free access to litigation in personal labor disputes, which is one of the rights afforded to them during legal proceedings. The subsequent section investigates the necessity for prompt hearings in labor cases.
