This research seeks to examine the influence of various dimensions of administrative empowerment—namely, delegation of authority, training, communication, and information sharing—on the different aspects of job satisfaction, including career development, work environment, and job tasks, within the Ministry of Agriculture. To fulfill the objectives of the study, a descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, and a questionnaire comprising 33 items was created. A thorough survey approach was utilized, distributing a total of 395 questionnaires to all personnel located in the ministry’s main building, resulting in 177 completed responses and a response rate of approximately 50%. Appropriate statistical techniques were implemented using the SPSS software. The findings indicated a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of administrative empowerment on enhancing job satisfaction levels at the Ministry of Agriculture, with these dimensions explaining 84.4% of the variance in job satisfaction. Each dimension of administrative empowerment demonstrated a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction, with the highest explanatory power attributed to the communication and participation dimension. The assessment revealed that the level of administrative empowerment within the ministry was notably high, whereas job satisfaction was rated at a moderate level. The study advocates for the development of an effective internal communication system designed to cultivate an internal communication network, which would encompass email, internal forums, and digital platforms, thereby facilitating swift and efficient access to information for all employees.

摘要
