Additionally, the study underscores the legal obstacles tied to the protection of these trademarks within the digital realm, where some legal systems encounter numerous challenges regarding the regulation of electronic trademark registration and protection. The objective of this study is to investigate the potential infringements that electronic trademarks might encounter online and to emphasize the necessity of a robust legal framework to protect them, maintain their distinctiveness, and uphold the rights of their owners.
