The current study aimed to identify the relationship between the dimensions of strategic risk management and entrepreneurship in insurance companies in Bethlehem Governorate. Strategic risk management was represented by the following variables (document and information risks, organizational reputation risks, organizational culture risks, and human resources risks) and its relationship to entrepreneurship represented by the entrepreneurial behavior of officials and employees in insurance companies (creative, proactive, and risk acceptance). The quantitative approach was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as the main tool to collect data from officials and employees in insurance companies, totaling thirty-seven administrators and employees. The results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program and calculating the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage weight, and correlation coefficient. The most prominent results were as follows: The overall degree of the impact of strategic risk management dimensions on the entrepreneurial behavior of managers in insurance companies was large, and there was a strong direct relationship between (document and information risks, organizational reputation risks, organizational culture risks, human resources risks) and the entrepreneurial behavior of managers in insurance companies. The study recommended the need for continuous follow-up by the management of insurance companies to follow scientific methods in risk management due to its importance and close connection to entrepreneurial behavior.
