The pandemic crisis brought many changes in organisational culture in many companies. Concerns about the COVID-19 spread, job insecurity and changes in the societal context meant that employees and employers had to adapt quickly to the crisis. The aim of this study was to identify the developmental trends in organizational culture within the pandemic crisis background. To meet the stated aim data were collected from a keyword search at the Web of Science, and the selected publications were further examined via bibliometric analysis with the VOSviewer program to create a network visualization. The results of the research show a growing demand for scholarly publications aimed at organizational culture, home office productivity and efficiency, remoted management of people, employee wellbeing, transparency and trust. All the mentioned points to the need for employers did not only build their managers ‘competences, but more importantly a necessary change of perspective was brought to a whole new emerging trend in a post-covid world. The paper findings are an asset for HR departments, where based on the findings they are enabled to decide on the training of their employees in hybrid working models, new technologies involvement, and use them in the strategy development and building the organizational culture in the virtual world environment. The research limit can be the need for more in-depth, detailed research over a longer time frame to show further emerging trends and cultural changes.
