Organizational Culture and Its Connection with Work Performance
摘要
The aim of the research was to examine the connection between organizational culture and work performance and its development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Furthermore, the research explores the evolution of keywords in this context, particularly since 2020, when the largest number of studies were published. A systematic search method was employed, and the frequency method was used to process and record the data in tables. Data was graphically analyzed using the VosViewer software. In total, 134 studies were identified in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, revealing significant potential for further research in this area. The study highlights the shift in focus towards communication as a central concept in the discourse on organizational culture since 2020, linked with other key factors such as productivity and job satisfaction. The results provide a foundation for identifying knowledge gaps and future research opportunities, offering valuable insights for both academic inquiry and practical application in organizational settings.
