This article focuses on the comparative analysis of three leading agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Agile methodologies have become fundamental in modern project management within software development and are widely applied across various industries. The goal of this study is to provide a deeper insight into these three frameworks, highlighting their key characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and identifying suitable deployment scenarios.
