In this chapter, the measurement techniques used for measuring the essential properties encountered in microscale and nanoscale energy transport are discussed in detail. In general, measurements play a vital role, followed by theoretical modeling, which always supports the measurements. Therefore, experiments have to be performed even at small scales. However, it is challenging to build small experimental setups for the measurement of temperature, pressure, and flow rate at microscales and nanoscales. Hence, more sophisticated techniques have to be used to probe into smaller scales.
