In the continuously changing air transport industry, technological advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have opened new possibilities. These technologies are crucial for enhancing operational resilience and promoting sustainable growth in aviation. This study explores how AI and IoT are pivotal in improving operational resilience and promoting sustainable development in the air transport industry. By conducting a literature review and analyzing various case studies, we investigate the integration of AI and IoT within aviation operations, their contributions to tackling industry-specific challenges, and their role in driving sustainability.
