This chapter describes an exemplary NGO working on UN SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) number 5 “Gender Equality.” MentorMe started in Europe’s DACH region but is now also expanding to other countries outside Europe. MentorMe’s concept for success is an easily understandable mentoring model combined with an effective and sufficient matching tool for mapping mentees with mentors, with a careful selection of mentors and all combined with a vivid experience exchange platform with virtual and in-person events, all together a guarantee for developing a strong community with a high level of communication and interaction.
