摘要
Fractures of the phalanges of the pediatric hand are very common in trauma emergency consultations. Its suitable diagnosis is essential to avoid future consequences. The phalanges have an important remodeling capacity, especially in the sagittal plane. Most of these injuries are for conservative treatment, although it is important to recognize some that, poorly treated, can leave consequences. It is very important to make the surgical decision at the right time to avoid complications. The surgical fixation method should be closed as much as possible, with Kishner wires being the preferred method of osteosynthesis.
