Enhancing Construction Steel Assembly Through Semantic Data Connectivity: Insights from an Adaptive Welding Procedure and In-Process Monitoring
摘要
The construction industry is adapting to digital technologies to enhance adaptability, efficiency, and address design complexity. While steel component prefabrication is advanced in digitization, the scale of pre-manufactured assemblies calls for more flexible solutions. This paper proposes an approach to streamline the information flow between digital and physical production systems through linked-data, showcasing an adaptive welding procedure for initial steel beam assembly, with specifics on automated weld seam detection.
