On the Convergence of Negative-Order Cesàro Means of Fourier and Fourier-Walsh Series

In this paper, we investigate the convergence properties of negative-order Cesàro means applied to Fourier and Fourier-Walsh series. We examine the convergence of these series both almost everywhere (a.e.) and in the \( L_1 \) norm, particularly after modifying the values of integrable functions on sets of arbitrarily small size. Our results extend and generalize several previously established findings in this area.
