Strengthing Concrete-Ultrafiltration Membrance Pre-treatment Rural Sewage Test Research

In order to develop a pretreatment process suitable for rural sewage in my country, the enhanced coagulation-ultrafiltration membrane process is used to pretreat rural sewage. Examine the removal effect of enhanced coagulation-ultrafiltration membrane on COD, TP. Explore the filtration characteristics of the stable operation of the ultrafiltration membrane; analyze the recovery effect of different cleaning methods on membrane flux. The results show that the removal rates of COD, TP by the enhanced coagulation-ultrafiltration membrane process are 94.5%, 94.1% respectively. SEM and EDS results show that flocs on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane gradually accumulate, forming a dense filter cake layer and causing membrane pollution. The organic components of membrane pollution are oxygen-containing organic matter, and the inorganic components are Si, Al, and Na. The online chemical cleaning method of NaCIO + citric acid can effectively remove membrane fouling. This study provides technical support for the application of ultrafiltration membrane pretreatment of rural domestic sewage.
