In order to improve the problems of Insufficient hydrodynamic force, lack of water environment capacity, and serious black and odorous water in Banfu, this paper proposes a water diversion plan to improve the water quality of the tidal river network in the basin, based on the tidal power of the Modaomen and the tail water of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The results show that using Modaomen tidal power to divert water can effectively improve the water quality of rivers in Banfu. During the dry season, the water quality of most rivers in Banfu can reach Class IV or Class V standards. After water diversion is implemented for 48 h after a rain, the water quality of rivers in the basin can be basically restored.
