A series of experimental and field studies are analysed that aimed at activating positive creative potential of children’s living consciousness so that the negative potential of living consciousness is neutralized at the same time. Application of the non-authoritarian communicationstyle of communicationnon-authoritarian style in a classroom setting revealed that in the short run some children reacted to the dissonance between the traditional authoritarian image of an adult and its non-authoritarian embodiment negatively: they behaved defiantly towards such an adult and even resorted to verbal aggressionaggression. Another, milder form of releasing negative tendencies of living consciousness was a fall in discipline in the classroom during the first period of training in the programme. However, as the non-authoritarian communicationcommunication style gained momentum, these negative manifestations gradually decreased and disappeared. At the same time, the children’s creativitycreativity and their ability to use their executive functionexecutive function significantly improved.
