An Assessment of the Application of a Neural Network Based architecture for Web Mining Reviews on the Internet

Trust has been a focal point in numerous research works, and the issue of web mining operations poses a significant challenge to the successful development of online ratings. The research aims to provide an overview of the existing research on confidence in websites by reviewing and categorizing the relevant literature. The primary objective is to show the current state-of-the-art in this field of study. The classifications of website trust encompass the evaluation and definition of three primary dimensions, factors, approaches, and effects. Based on our comprehensive analysis, it has been observed that there exists a significant scarcity of scholarly investigations pertaining to the methodologies employed in building interpersonal connections and fostering trust. The objective of this study is to address the existing gap by proposing a theoretical framework that elucidates the process of trust formation in consumer interactions through online ratings on websites.
