This study aimed to reveal the impact of practicing ethical leadership behaviors on job performance from the point of view of employees in small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate of Oman through a case study on an Omani company, where the study sought to know the reality of practicing ethical leadership behaviors represented in (fairness, credibility, participation, and empathy) and its impact and role in the performance of employees, and the study assumes a positive impact of ethical leadership on job performance, and this study was conducted on the case community of 20 individuals, working In an Omani SME company, through a personal interview with each individual, then these interviews underwent deductive qualitative analysis to test the hypothesis and reach conclusions. The study found a positive impact of practicing ethical leadership behaviors (fairness, credibility, participation, and empathy) on the performance of employees in the company. This study recommends designing training programs to develop ethical leadership skills and behaviors among the company’s leaders—under study—based on real needs, and recommends developing regulations and policies in the company—under study—to support the application of ethical leadership behaviors, and provide an organizational climate that supports fairness, credibility, participation in decisions and empathy with employees.
