This research examines the impact of artificial intelligence applications on motivating employee performance in the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman, focusing on how these technologies can be used to improve productivity and enhance the work environment. The research aims to understand how artificial intelligence can improve the interaction between employees and management and provide tools that enhance their satisfaction and professional development. The researcher used the qualitative approach, where she conducted interviews with employees and managers in real estate institutions to gain a deeper understanding of the effects of artificial intelligence on job performance. The research found that artificial intelligence contributes to facilitating performance evaluation, providing immediate feedback, and better customizing training programs, which supports employee performance and increases the level of motivation. However, the research pointed to some challenges such as the need to enhance employees’ job awareness to adapt to technology and provide continuous technical support. The research recommends the importance of investing in artificial intelligence and developing digital infrastructure in the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman to achieve the highest levels of motivation and performance among employees.
