Performance in organizations is closely linked to motivation, and the main motivational resources are represented by the feeling of trust (which targets human connections) and well-being, and psychological safety. Trust is what opens up new perspectives, which allows the discovery of new qualities, talents, vocations or approaches, which gives courage, inspires and makes people want to be with others, and well-being is the prerequisite without which a team cannot collaborate effectively and achieve its common goals. The objectives of the study aim to identify the main factors that generate trust in the academic environment; assess the well-being of students in the target group (100 students in the field of Educational Sciences); determine the degree of correlation between the main factors generating trust at the university level and some of the well-being indicators. For our investigation, we use two research tools - —Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) and Inventory Organizational Trust Assessment. Our research indicates that trust in the university as an organization plays a crucial role in promoting student well-being and this represents an important topic of study for organizational health. A university that cultivates an environment of trust, transparency, and support contributes significantly to the harmonious development and long-term success of its students.

摘要
