Implementation of Scrum Model for Virtual Learning in Mini Project Course During COVID-19

Since the outbreak of Coronavirus, the perspective of students, teachers, and parents towards education has changed significantly. The educational institutes across different continents have been forced to shift to online mode in COVID-19. All over the world, approximately 1.2 billion students’ offline classrooms had been transformed into online classrooms using the virtual learning environment. The whole education model had changed dramatically and had introduced a new concept of virtual learning, whereby digital platforms had become the need of an hour for teaching and learning of today’s education model. In a research study, it had been suggested that virtual learning has changed the scenario with increased accumulation of information, and an ever-lasting changing mode of operation. With this sudden shift away from the offline mode of the classroom, the education system has adopted a virtual learning platform. So, in the current situation, it had been observed that the lack of coordination among BCA students for developing their projects because no face-to-face communication was there between students and teachers, so as result it leads to poor quality projects and inadequate learning.
