In the complex real-life uncertain situations, the role of complex fuzzy sets become significant for obtaining desired solutions for utility based various uncertain problems. In the present article, we have studied the concept of a ‘useful’ fuzzy information measure for the complex plane of a fuzzy set which expands the area of solving problems related to uncertainties in complex situations. Later on, various properties related to the notion of total ambiguity and directed divergence have also been explained in detail to understand the novel concept in this direction.

摘要
