Home Accidents and osteoporosis are the two most common causes of fractures associated with femur bone. In old age patients, osteoporosis is responsible for bone weakness and fatigueness. Such Patients will benefit from early rehabilitation if they receive proper treatment during surgery. This paper depicts a work of issues of concern. With Biomedical CT image modelling of fractures associated with femur bone for surgical planning by modeling a 3D model by using CT image data. The purpose of this paper was to propose the work for bio-clinical image preprocessing in order to detect the significant ROI by providing an relevant technique. 3D model is useful to applications like 3D printing and another applications to ease surgery of the doctor.
