The carpal tunnel is the most common nerve compression syndrome. When medical treatment is not sufficient, surgical treatment is advocated to avoid complications such as amyotrophy or hyposensitivity. We present a minimally invasive technique under full control of ultrasound guidance. This technique is safe and reliable when all step is followed. This procedure can be done in an office setting and limits the production of waste due to minimally invasive surgery.
